Operations Executive, Europe

What you will do

• Book and confirm hotels, transfers, coaches, guides and entry tickets for confirmed files
• Prepare vouchers, rooming lists, final itineraries and travel documents
• Reconfirm services with suppliers before arrival and keep track of every change
• Help solve problems quickly while guests are travelling
• Keep files, costs and supplier invoices accurate
• Work with the quotation and sales teams on hand-overs and client updates

What we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years in travel operations, ideally for Europe or other international destinations
• Good knowledge of European geography and the main tourist cities
• Clear written English for emails to suppliers and agents
• Organised, careful with detail and comfortable with Excel and email
• Flexible about working hours in the peak season
