Quotation Executive, FIT

What you will do

• Prepare costed quotations and itineraries for FIT and tailor-made trips across the UK and Europe
• Check hotel, transfer, rail and sightseeing rates and availability with suppliers
• Revise quotations quickly when agents change dates, hotels or services
• Hand confirmed files to the operations team with every detail correct
• Keep rate sheets and costing templates up to date

What we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years in travel quotations or costing, ideally FIT to Europe
• Good knowledge of European cities, rail and hotel options
• Strong with Excel and comfortable with numbers and margins
• Clear written English and close attention to detail
• Able to work to tight deadlines on a busy B2B desk
