01About these terms

This website, hcgukeuropedmc.com, is run by HCG UK EU DMC LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales, of No. 20, 174 Millbrook Road East, Southampton, England SO15 1JT ("HCG", "we", "us").

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02A trade-only website

We work only with the travel trade: travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, online travel agencies (OTAs), MICE and event agencies, and similar businesses. We do not sell holidays directly to the public. If you contact us as a traveller, we may ask you to book through a travel agent.

03Information on this website

We work hard to keep this website accurate, but the information on it is a general guide and not an offer. In particular:

• Prices shown on the website are indicative. They change with dates, season, group size and availability.
• Sample itineraries show the kind of programmes we build. Each one is adapted for every request.
• Journey times, timetables, opening days and seasons are set by railways, ferry companies, museums and other operators, and they can change without notice.

The details in your written quote and booking confirmation are the ones that apply.

04Quotes and bookings

• A quote is not a booking. Prices and availability are not held until a booking is confirmed.
• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing.
• Each booking is covered by the booking terms we send with your quote or confirmation, including payment, amendments and cancellation. If those booking terms differ from these website terms, the booking terms apply.
• Our prices are net trade rates. You set the selling price to your own clients.

05Travel suppliers

Many services in a programme are provided by independent suppliers, such as hotels, railways, ferry and coach companies, venues, restaurants and attractions. They provide their services under their own conditions. We choose our suppliers with care and we will always help to find a solution if a supplier changes or cancels a service, but we cannot control changes made by them, such as a new railway timetable or an on-board menu.

06Your responsibilities as our trade partner

• Give us accurate traveller details, including names exactly as they appear in passports, and tell us about dietary, mobility or other special needs when you book.
• Make sure your clients have the passports, visas, health requirements and travel insurance they need for their trip.
• Pass on to your clients any important information we send you about their services.
• Only send us personal information about your clients when you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.

07Our content and your brand

The text, itineraries, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to HCG or are used with permission.

As our trade partner, you may use our itineraries and service descriptions under your own brand when you sell our services to your clients. For any other use, such as copying our pages to another website, please ask us first in writing. Our name and logo may not be used without our permission.

08Using this website

Please do not misuse this website. In particular, you must not:

• send false information, spam or harmful content through our forms;
• try to access parts of the website or our systems that are not meant for you;
• copy large parts of the website by automated means, or do anything that could damage or slow it down.

We try to keep the website available at all times, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors.

09Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and the websites of railways and attractions. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

10Our liability

We are not liable for any loss caused by relying only on the general information on this website, without a written quote or booking confirmation from us. Our responsibilities for a booking are set out in the booking terms for that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly by talking to us.
