Our sample itineraries are day-by-day plans for small groups and families, each with hotels, guided tours, entry tickets and a private minivan with driver. Rates are quoted net for your dates and group size, and every plan can be changed: more nights, other hotels, added meals or a bigger vehicle for a larger group.

From Sample Plan to Confirmed Tour

1. Pick a plan and tell us what to change

Send the itinerary name, travel dates, number of travellers and any changes, such as hotels in the centre or Indian dinners.

2. Get net rates in one working day

We reply with the full itinerary and net rates. You add your margin and sell it under your own brand.

3. We run it on the ground

Our operations team and on-ground partners handle hotels, drivers and guides, with support while your clients travel. See group tours and FIT trips.

These points apply to every plan on this page. Please share them with your clients before they travel.

Hotels and rooms

Hotel check-in is from 15:00. The hotels are good-value properties, some outside the city centre or near the airport, where the minivan can park easily. City-centre hotels can be quoted on request. Triple rooms are subject to availability and are usually a double room with an extra bed.

Air conditioning

Many hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning, and some only have a central cooling system. We cannot guarantee it, so please set this expectation with travellers who visit in summer.

The driver's day

Up to 10 or 11 hours a day, with no more than 9 hours at the wheel. Traffic, weather or opening days can change the order of visits.

Pedestrian zones

Vehicles cannot enter pedestrian streets or traffic-restricted city centres. Where a hotel or sight is inside one, the group walks a short distance or takes a taxi.

Early breakfasts

Breakfast before 07:00 and packed breakfast boxes for early departures may cost extra. Tell us your flight times and we will plan for them.

Trade fairs and events

Our rates do not apply on dates when a city hosts a major trade fair, because hotel prices rise sharply. We check your dates before we quote.

Indian meals, if you add them: the standard menu has two vegetarian dishes (such as paneer, mixed vegetables, chole or rajma), one chicken dish, dal, rice, raita, assorted breads, salad, papad, pickle and one dessert, with tap water.

Allow 45 minutes to an hour for each meal. Tell us about vegetarian, Jain or other dietary needs when you ask for a quote, and we will confirm what each restaurant can provide.

Questions Agents Ask

How much do these tours cost?
We quote net rates for your exact dates and group size, because hotel and transport prices change through the season. Send us the itinerary name, the travel month, the number of adults and the ages of any children, and we reply with a full quote within one working day.
Can we change an itinerary?
Yes. These are sample plans, not fixed departures. You can add or remove nights, choose city-centre hotels, add lunches and dinners, or swap a sightseeing day. We rework the plan and requote it at net rates.
Are meals included?
Breakfast is included every day. Lunches and dinners are not included, so travellers can choose, but we can add set meals at Indian restaurants on any day. The standard menu has two vegetarian dishes, one chicken dish, dal, rice, raita, breads, salad, papad, pickle and a dessert.
Do these plans work for a bigger group?
Yes. Each plan is costed for a private 8-seat minivan, which suits 6 to 8 travellers. For larger groups we run the same route with a minibus, a midi coach or a full-size coach, and a second driver where the days are long.
Can you send the itinerary under our brand?
Yes. The day-by-day plan, hotel vouchers and transfer details are issued under your agency's name, so your clients deal with one company from start to finish.
