Trade-Only Czech Republic DMCCzech Republic Destination Management Company
A Czech Republic DMC is your operating partner on the ground — contracting Czech suppliers at net rates in koruna, holding the castle slots and concert allocations Prague sells out of, and placing a coordinator beside your group from arrival to departure, under your brand.
It is the first thing to tell a client and the thing most agents forget. The country is in the European Union but keeps its own currency, the Czech koruna, and the exchange offices around the Old Town are notorious for poor rates dressed up as good ones. A group that arrives expecting euros will change money badly on day one and remember it. We brief on it before departure, and price everything to you in a currency you can plan against.
The second thing is timing. Prague's historic core is small, walkable and completely overwhelmed between about eleven and four. The same square is a pleasure at eight in the morning and a scrum at noon, which is why our Prague days start early rather than comfortably. As a wider Europe DMC we join Prague to Vienna, Germany or Krakow on one contract.
One Europe DMC · 24 Nations
A castle circuit on timed tickets, a concert hall allocation, a walled town that admits no coach and a Moravian wine cellar are four different supplier worlds. We hold all four, and carry a Czech leg into Austria or Germany without a second agreement.
Built by Operators
Prague's centre is roughly 2 square kilometres and takes several million visitors a year, so the difference between a good day and a bad one is measured in hours. Charles Bridge at 8 am is a photograph; the same bridge at 1 pm is a queue. Prague Castle adds airport-style security screening at the gates, which for a group of 40 is not a formality but 20 minutes, and St Vitus Cathedral closes to visitors during services. Coaches cannot work the old town at all — the group is set down outside and walks in over cobbles that are hard going in heels or with limited mobility. All of it is manageable. None of it is visible on a map.

Where We Operate

A historic core of roughly 2 square kilometres that coaches cannot enter, castle security screening at the gate, and concert halls that are the backbone of the evening product.

A UNESCO town 170 km south of Prague, about 2 hours 30 by road. Vehicles park outside the walls and the visit is walked — steep, cobbled and worth it.

Seventy kilometres east of Prague and the natural half-day. St Barbara's Church and the Sedlec Ossuary, where photography is restricted and group numbers are managed inside.

Colonnades, thermal springs and Mariánské Lázně nearby. The town fills for its film festival in early July, so leisure groups are routed around that week.

The second city, 205 km from Prague and about 2 hours 30, with its own airport, exhibition grounds and an easier coach environment than the capital.

Mikulov, Valtice and the Lednice châteaux, with cellar tastings that work well for incentives and sit close to the Austrian border for an onward leg.
How We Work
Send dates, group size and the must-sees. We reply within one business day, and say where the crowd calendar will spoil a visit as written.
Castle slots, concert allocations and early-morning guide availability are checked first, because in Prague the hour decides the experience.
Contracts, allotments, licensed guides and a coordinator running the programme in real time, under your brand.
Post-programme reporting and budget reconciliation, with koruna costs converted transparently rather than marked up in the exchange.
Why Partner With Us
Old Town and castle mornings booked early, so your group sees Prague rather than the back of a crowd.
Koruna costs converted openly and clients briefed before departure, so nobody loses money at a street exchange window.
Brand-safe execution under your name, with transparent net rates and clean reporting.
Continue a Czech leg into Austria, Germany or Poland on the same contract.
"Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better for our business partners' ultimate satisfaction."
Proven in the Field
A palace gala in the Lesser Town with a chamber ensemble, and a private Charles Bridge photography start before the crowds arrived.
Hotel blocks split between the centre and Karlín, with shuttles planned around a core that admits no coach traffic.
Prague, Vienna and Budapest departures across a season, contracted end to end rather than handed between operators at each border.
