Trade-Only Spain DMCSpain Destination Management Company
A Spain DMC is your operating partner on the ground — contracting Spanish suppliers at net rates, holding the named tickets and timed entries the country insists on, and placing a coordinator beside your group from arrival to departure, under your brand.
The Alhambra is the clearest example. Tickets are nominative: each one carries a passenger name, and ID is checked at the gate, so a rooming list change three days out is a re-issue, not a note to the guide. The Nasrid Palaces admit visitors in a half-hour window printed on the ticket, and the whole site sells through months ahead for spring and autumn. Sagrada Família and Park Güell work the same way on capped numbers.
Then there is the clock. Spanish kitchens serve lunch from about 2 pm and dinner from 9 pm, and a group booked to eat at 7 pm will find the restaurant genuinely closed. We build Spanish days on Spanish hours and tell you where that changes a flight time. As a wider Europe DMC we extend a Spanish leg into France, Italy or Portugal on one contract.
One Europe DMC · 24 Nations
Named-ticket monuments, a 2 hour 30 AVE spine between the big three cities, small flamenco venues and congress-scale hotel blocks are four separate contracting problems. We hold all four, and carry a Spanish programme onward across the Pyrenees without a second agreement.
Built by Operators
Named tickets are the reason. We need the passenger list far earlier than a normal file requires, because every name is printed and checked, and late changes mean re-issuing rather than swapping. Around it sit three more traps: Holy Week, when Seville and Málaga close their centres to traffic for processions and hotels have been full for a year; August in Andalusia, where afternoon temperatures pass 40 degrees and outdoor sightseeing moves to the morning; and flamenco, where an authentic tablao seats perhaps 60 to 120, so a group of 200 is either split across sittings or moved to a larger venue on purpose.

Who We Work With
Tailor-made & FIT groups, white-label delivery.
Series, circuits and full ground handling.
Contracting, net rates and packaging.
Static products & API-friendly feeds.
Conferences, incentives & production.
Where We Operate
The Prado and Royal Palace on timed entry, a low-emission zone shaping coach access, and the AVE hub that puts Seville or Barcelona 2 hours 30 away.
Sagrada Família and Park Güell on capped, timed tickets, tight coach parking near the Gothic Quarter, and a Catalan tourist tax on top of the room rate.
Granada, Seville and Córdoba. Every headline monument is timed, the Alhambra is nominative, and Seville to Granada is 250 km of genuine driving, not a morning excursion.
The City of Arts and Sciences for large-format events, paella country for group dining, and a March Fallas week that fills the city and closes streets.
Marbella and Málaga resort blocks for incentives, with AGP the practical gateway to Andalusia — Granada is about 2 hours inland from the coast.
A 70 km day out of Madrid into a hill town of narrow lanes, where coaches park below and the visit is walked — comfortable shoes matter more than the itinerary wording.
How We Work
Send dates, group size and the must-sees. We reply within one business day and say straight away what is already sold out.
Alhambra, Sagrada Família and Alcázar availability is checked first, and we tell you when we need names rather than numbers.
Contracts, allotments, official guides and a coordinator running the programme in real time, under your brand.
Post-programme reporting and budget reconciliation, with regional tourist taxes itemised rather than absorbed.
Why Partner With Us
We chase the passenger list on your behalf and handle re-issues, so a late change is admin rather than a refused entry.
Meals, monuments and free time planned to when Spain is actually open, so days do not stall at 7 pm.
Brand-safe execution under your name, with transparent net rates and clean reporting.
Continue a Spanish leg into France, Italy or Portugal on the same contract.
