Trade-Only Germany DMCGermany Destination Management Company
A Germany DMC is your operating partner on the ground — contracting German suppliers at net rates, holding rooms against the Messe calendar, and placing a coordinator beside your group from arrival to departure, under your brand.
No other European country moves its hotel prices the way Germany does. When a major trade fair runs in Frankfurt, Munich, Cologne, Düsseldorf or Berlin, the host city sells out and rates rise several times over for the week — and a leisure group that happens to arrive mid-fair pays fair prices for a holiday. The first thing we check on any German enquiry is not the itinerary. It is whether your dates sit on top of a Messe.
The same discipline applies to Oktoberfest, when Munich fills from mid-September, and to the Christmas market weeks from late November. Get the calendar right and Germany is one of Europe's easiest countries to operate. As a wider Europe DMC we extend a German leg into Austria, Switzerland or the Netherlands on one contract, or east from Berlin into Poland.
One Europe DMC · 24 Nations
Trade-fair accommodation, castle timed entries, Rhine sailings and Christmas market coach parking are four unrelated contracting problems. We hold all four, and carry a German programme into the Alps or the Low Countries without a second agreement.
Built by Operators
A fair week does three things at once: it removes availability, it multiplies the rate, and it changes the cancellation terms, because Messe contracts are written to protect the hotel rather than the buyer. Beyond the fair calendar sit three more German specifics. Most cities operate an environmental zone requiring a green windscreen badge, so an uncertified coach is turned back. The Reichstag dome in Berlin admits visitors only on advance registration with names and identity documents. And Neuschwanstein takes no coach up to the castle — vehicles stop in the village below and the last stretch is on foot, by shuttle bus or by horse carriage, on a timed entry that is unforgiving of a late group.

Where We Operate
Reichstag dome visits on named advance registration, an environmental zone across the centre, and congress capacity that absorbs four-figure groups.
From mid September Oktoberfest fills the city for around two and a half weeks, with tent tables committed a year ahead. Outside it, Munich is one of Germany's easiest cities to move a group through.
Würzburg to Füssen, some 350 km of walled towns. Rothenburg's old town restricts vehicles, so the coach parks outside and the visit is walked.

Cathedral and Messe city, gateway to the Rhine gorge. Sailings run April to October, and a coach must be repositioned downstream while the group is on the water.
Castle terrace views reached by funicular, and an easy pairing with Frankfurt — though Frankfurt's fair weeks reach Heidelberg's hotel rates too.

Titisee, cuckoo-clock workshops and Baden-Baden. Village roads suit mid-size vehicles, and Sunday closing is near-total outside restaurants and attractions.
How We Work
Before anything else we check your dates against the fair, Oktoberfest and market calendars, and tell you what they will cost you.
A tailored itinerary and transparent net pricing, with fair-week terms spelled out rather than buried in small print.
Contracts, allotments, certified coaches and a coordinator running the programme in real time, under your brand.
Post-programme reporting and budget reconciliation — a clean record for you and your corporate client.
Why Partner With Us
We tell you before you quote whether your week sits on a trade fair, so the rate you sell is the rate you pay.

Brand-safe execution under your name, with transparent net rates and clean reporting.
Continue a German leg into Austria, Switzerland or the Netherlands on the same contract.
