Trade-Only Finland DMCFinland Destination Management Company
A Finland DMC is your operating partner on the ground — contracting Finnish suppliers at net rates, holding Lapland capacity a season ahead, and placing a coordinator beside your group from arrival to departure, under your brand.
December in Lapland is the tightest booking window in northern Europe. Rovaniemi sits on the Arctic Circle, the Santa product is the reason most families come, and the good hotels, husky kennels and reindeer farms are committed a year or more in advance. An agent enquiring in September for a Christmas week is choosing from what is left, not from what is best.
Two things make Finland easier than its neighbours once the dates are settled. It is the only Nordic country on the euro, which removes a currency line from a multi-country tour. And the distances are covered by air rather than road — Helsinki to Rovaniemi is about 830 km, an hour and twenty in the air against a long day on the ground. As a wider Europe DMC we run Finland alongside Sweden, Norway or the Baltic capitals on one contract.
One Europe DMC · 24 Nations
A December that sells out a year ahead, safari operators working to strict party limits, an aurora season that runs on the weather and a capital linked to two others by sea are four separate problems. We hold all four, and connect Finland across the Nordics without a second agreement.
Built by Operators
The Arctic winter runs on capacity rather than availability. Husky teams, reindeer farms and snowmobile fleets carry a fixed number of guests per departure, and once a slot is taken it is gone — there is no equivalent of adding a table. Thermal suits and boots are issued on site and sized in advance, so passenger measurements matter more than they do anywhere else in Europe. The light governs everything else: around Rovaniemi the sun does not clear the horizon for several weeks around the solstice, so an activity written for the afternoon is written for the dark. And the aurora season, roughly late August to early April, is weather rather than schedule — we build several chances into a stay rather than one.

Where We Operate

Senate Square, the rock church and the harbour market. Compact, walkable and the gateway for almost every Finnish programme.

On the Arctic Circle, 830 km north of Helsinki and reached in about an hour and twenty by air. The centre of the Santa and husky product.

Levi, Saariselkä and Ylläs, with glass igloos and dark-sky lodges. The aurora season runs roughly from late August into early April.

Saimaa and thousands of lakes east of the capital — the summer half of Finland, with lodges, boats and long light through June and July.

The former capital, its medieval castle and the archipelago trail out towards the Åland islands. An easy pairing with a Stockholm sailing.

The icebreaker cruise and the SnowCastle, rebuilt each winter. Both run only while the sea ice holds, so the season is short and fixed.
How We Work
Send dates and group size. We reply within one business day with what Lapland can still take, honestly.
Husky, reindeer and snowmobile slots are held first, because they cap out long before the bedrooms do.
Contracts, allotments, thermal clothing sized in advance and a coordinator running the programme under your brand.
Post-programme reporting and budget reconciliation, in euro throughout.
Why Partner With Us
December capacity committed long before the enquiries arrive, so a late brief still has something worth selling.
Thermal suits and boots sized from the passenger list, because an unprepared guest cuts an Arctic day short for everyone.
Brand-safe execution under your name, with transparent net rates and clean reporting.
Continue a Finnish leg into Sweden, Norway or the Baltic capitals on the same contract.
"Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better for our business partners' ultimate satisfaction."
Proven in the Field
December departures with kennels, reindeer farms and thermal sizing all committed the previous January.
Glass igloo accommodation with three separate hunting evenings, so cloud on two nights did not lose the programme.
City-centre blocks with a Tallinn day by fast ferry built in as the accompanying-persons programme.
