Trade-Only Norway DMCNorway Destination Management Company
A Norway DMC is your operating partner on the ground — contracting Norwegian suppliers at net rates, building itineraries around ferry timetables and seasonal passes, and placing a coordinator beside your group from arrival to departure, under your brand.
Fjord routing is not a driving problem, it is a timetable problem. Several of the roads a group needs are interrupted by water, and the car ferry across is the road — miss the sailing and the next one may be an hour away, or the last of the day. An itinerary that treats those crossings as scenery rather than as fixed departure times will run late from the first morning.
The second constraint is the calendar. The high mountain roads that make the photographs, Trollstigen among them, open only for the summer months and carry vehicle length limits that bar a full-size touring coach. As a wider Europe DMC we run Norway alongside Iceland or the rest of Scandinavia on one contract.
One Europe DMC · 24 Nations
Ferry timetables that dictate departure hours, mountain passes open only in summer, a railway that sells out months ahead and Arctic light that changes by the week are four separate problems. We hold all four, and connect Norway to the rest of Scandinavia without a second agreement.
Built by Operators
Oslo to Bergen is about 460 km and most of a day, because the route climbs, descends and waits for water. Add the ferry crossings and the arithmetic changes again: a missed sailing is not five minutes, it is the interval to the next one. Three more things shape a Norwegian file. Trollstigen and the other high roads open roughly from late May into October and restrict vehicle length, so the coach that works the coast may not be the coach that crosses the mountain. The Flåm Railway climbs 20 km of steep track and its seats are committed months ahead in summer. And Bergen is one of Europe's wettest cities, so an outdoor programme without an indoor alternative is a plan with a hole in it.

Where We Operate

The opera house, the Viking and Fram museums and the country's main gateway. Flat, walkable and by far the easiest Norwegian city for a coach.

Bryggen's wooden wharf, the fish market and the Fløibanen funicular. One of Europe's wettest cities, so every Bergen day carries an indoor alternative.

The Nærøyfjord arm and the 20 km Flåm Railway. Car ferries here are the road rather than an excursion, and their timetable sets the day.

The Seven Sisters falls and the switchbacks of Trollstigen, open roughly late May to October and closed to vehicles above the length limit.

Rebuilt in Art Nouveau after the 1904 fire, and the natural coastal base between the fjords and the northbound voyage.

Above the Arctic Circle, with an aurora season running roughly September to March and a polar night when the sun does not rise at all.
How We Work
Send dates, group size and the route. We reply within one business day, saying which passes are open and which are not.
Ferry crossings and railway seats are secured first, because they are fixed and the hotels are not.
Contracts, allotments, correctly sized vehicles and a coordinator running the programme in real time, under your brand.
Post-programme reporting and budget reconciliation, with krone costs converted transparently.
Why Partner With Us
Ferry sailings booked to the minute they leave, so a day is planned around the water rather than despite it.
Vehicle length matched to the mountain roads on the route, checked before the itinerary is priced.
Brand-safe execution under your name, with transparent net rates and clean reporting.
Continue a Norwegian leg into Sweden, Denmark or Iceland on the same contract.
"Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better for our business partners' ultimate satisfaction."
Proven in the Field
A summer season of fjord circuits with every ferry crossing and Flåm departure block-booked the previous autumn.
A Geiranger programme split across two coaches because Trollstigen would not take one vehicle of that length.
Arctic winter programmes with flexible chase evenings and an indoor reserve for the clouded nights.
