Trade-Only Greece DMCGreece Destination Management Company
A Greece DMC is your operating partner on the ground — contracting Greek suppliers at net rates, holding Acropolis time slots and island ferry space, and placing a coordinator beside your group from arrival to departure, under your brand.
Every Greek itinerary is really a transport plan wearing a holiday's clothes. Athens to Santorini is roughly 5 hours on a high-speed ferry or 8 on a conventional one, and in July and August the meltemi wind can cancel sailings outright — sometimes for a day, occasionally longer. An island-hopping programme without a contingency is not an itinerary, it is a hope. We build the sea into the plan and keep an air alternative costed alongside it.
On land, the Acropolis now works on timed entry with a daily visitor cap, and in the hottest weeks the site closes through the middle of the day for safety. Both facts change what a summer Athens morning can contain. As a wider Europe DMC we extend a Greek leg into Italy or the wider Mediterranean on one contract.
One Europe DMC · 24 Nations
Timed archaeological entries, ferry and air island links, small-island hotel capacity and Athens congress venues are four separate problems. We hold all four, and connect a Greek programme into the wider Mediterranean without a second agreement.
Built by Operators
Three things decide whether a Greek file runs smoothly. Wind comes first: the meltemi blows hardest in July and August and can suspend sailings at a few hours' notice, so we hold flight alternatives on the island legs rather than discovering the problem at the port. Heat comes second — Athens regularly passes 38 degrees in high summer and the Acropolis closes through the worst of the afternoon, which moves the site visit to the opening hour. Capacity comes third: Santorini and Mykonos have small hotel inventories and a cruise-day crowd on top, so a group of 80 in August is a very different conversation from a group of 80 in May.

Where We Operate

The Acropolis on timed entry with a daily cap and midday closures in extreme heat, plus Cape Sounion and the Athens riviera conference hotels.

Caldera views, a cable car from the old port and limited hotel inventory. Cruise days transform the crowd levels in Fira and Oia, so timing the visit matters more than the itinerary wording.

Beach clubs, Little Venice and Delos by boat. Town roads take small vehicles only, so transfers are planned in minibuses rather than coaches.

Knossos, Chania and the Samaria gorge, which is open only through the warmer months. Crete is 260 km end to end, so a single base rarely covers the island.

The medieval old town, Lindos acropolis reached on foot or by donkey up a steep lane, and reliable direct flights that reduce ferry dependence.

Clifftop monasteries about 4 hours from Athens, each with its own closing day and a covered-shoulders dress code enforced at the door. Delphi sits en route.
How We Work
Send dates, group size and the islands. We reply within one business day with what the ferry timetable actually allows in that month.
Island links are secured first, with an air alternative costed, because the crossing decides the shape of every night that follows.
Contracts, allotments, licensed guides, port assistance and a coordinator running the programme in real time, under your brand.
Post-programme reporting and budget reconciliation, including any weather-driven changes and their cost.
Why Partner With Us
Air alternatives priced alongside every ferry leg, so a cancelled sailing is a phone call rather than a lost day.
Sites visited at opening, the middle of the day given to sea, shade or transfer, and heat closures anticipated rather than absorbed.
Brand-safe execution under your name, with transparent net rates and clean reporting.
Continue a Greek leg into Italy or the wider Mediterranean on the same contract.
"Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better for our business partners' ultimate satisfaction."
Proven in the Field
A caldera-edge villa dinner scheduled against the cruise-ship calendar so the group had Oia largely to itself.
Athens riviera hotel blocks with delegate shuttles timed around the city's summer traffic and heat.
A summer season of island departures where two wind cancellations were absorbed by pre-held flight seats.
